Thought I'd share a photo with you today of my niece Emily. Emily is only nine but what a cook she is! One evening my boys and I went to her house for dinner and she made the best Salisbury Steak recipe ever! Anyway, one day we decided that we should try out a red velvet cake recipe. It was actually pretty good! Since then we have also made red velvet cupcakes which didn't last very long either!
